Ticket Terms

CANDY CANE EVENTS IKE, an event-organizing company, with registered office at 2 Delfon Street, Chalandri 15233, Greece, Tax ID 802048712, Tax Office Chalandri / KEFODE Attikis (the “Company” or “Organizer”), organizes the music festival “ZAMNA x PRIMER” (the “Festival”), taking place on 4 and 5 September 2026 at the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA).

The Festival includes, among others:

• Helios Outdoor Main Stage, at the Wall of Nations, OAKA.
• Lunar Indoor After-Hours Stage, at the Olympic Velodrome.

1. 1Each ticket constitutes authorization to enter the Festival venue(s) on the day(s) and to the areas corresponding to the ticket type purchased.
2. 2Different ticket categories provide different access rights according to the category selected at purchase.
3. 3A ticket for a specific day provides access only to the venues and stages corresponding to that day and ticket category. A ticket granting access to a specific stage does not grant access to another venue or stage for which no access right was purchased.
4. 4Holding a ticket for a specific venue, stage or day does not grant access to another venue, stage or day.
5. 5Ticket holders must comply with the instructions of the Organizer and authorized security personnel.
6. 6The Organizer may modify entry flows, access between areas or security procedures where necessary for safety, operational or crowd-management reasons.

1. 1Tickets may be used according to the terms of the relevant ticket category.
2. 2The ticket holder is responsible for safeguarding the ticket. The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, copying, photographing or use by a third party.
3. 3If the same ticket is presented more than once, the first successful scan and validation at the entrance is considered the valid use. The ticket cannot be used again thereafter.
4. 4In case of suspected forgery, alteration or unlawful use, the Organizer may deny entry and take any lawful action.
5. 5The Organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or third parties.
6. 6Transfer or change of ticket details is permitted only where provided by the ticketing platform or expressly approved by the Organizer.

1. 1Entry to the Festival is permitted to all ages, subject to the following conditions.
2. 2Persons under sixteen (16) years of age must be accompanied throughout their stay by a responsible adult.
3. 3The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor and must comply with the instructions of the Organizer and security personnel.
4. 4The purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under eighteen (18) years of age is strictly prohibited in accordance with applicable law.
5. 5The Organizer and venue personnel may request proof of age and refuse the sale or provision of alcohol where age cannot be verified.
6. 6Holding a ticket does not remove the accompanying-adult requirement.

1. 1Upon entry to the Festival, every ticket holder will receive a wristband corresponding to the ticket category purchased.
2. 2For tickets providing access for more than one day and/or to more than one stage, the wristband becomes the holder’s means of identification and access from the moment it is issued.
3. 3The wristband must not be removed, cut, damaged, altered or transferred during its period of validity.
4. 4If the wristband is removed, damaged, altered or tampered with, the Organizer may refuse further access.
5. 5The Organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to a wristband caused by the holder.

1. 1The Festival operates a cashless payment system.
2. 2Purchases within the Festival, including bars, food points, merchandise and other sales points, are made through the cashless wristband.
3. 3The wristband may be topped up: (a) online before the Festival; (b) by scanning its QR code and adding funds electronically; (c) at on-site top-up points by bank card or cash; and (d) via Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported by the system.
4. 4The holder is solely responsible for safeguarding the wristband and funds loaded onto it.
5. 5After the Festival, any unused balance may be refunded through the refund procedure announced by the Organizer.
6. 6The Organizer will announce the refund start date, procedure and submission deadline.
7. 7The refund procedure will remain available for ten (10) days from its start date, unless otherwise announced.
8. 8After this deadline, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse refund requests, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9. 9Additional cashless terms and technical procedures may be announced before or during the Festival.

1. 1Festival tickets are sold through the official Go-Out ticketing platform and/or other official sales points announced by the Organizer.
2. 2Online purchase, payment and ticket issuance are completed through the relevant ticketing platform.
3. 3Purchasers must provide accurate and complete information and use their chosen payment method lawfully and at their own responsibility.
4. 4For technical problems during purchase, contact support.global@go-out.co.
5. 5The Organizer is not responsible for temporary unavailability or technical malfunction of the ticketing platform where not caused by its fault.

1. 1Following completion of the purchase, the purchaser receives the applicable confirmation and ticket according to the ticketing platform’s procedure.
2. 2If the purchaser has been charged but has not received confirmation or a ticket, they must contact support.global@go-out.co before making another purchase, so that the status of the original transaction can be verified.

1. 1As tickets constitute leisure services relating to a specific date, the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts apply.
2. 2Once the purchase is completed, no cancellation or refund is available due to change of mind, unless otherwise required by applicable law or announced by the Organizer.
3. 3No refund is provided for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged or used by a third party, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. 4Changes to ticket category, day or type are permitted only where expressly provided by the Organizer or ticketing platform.
5. 5In case of definitive cancellation of the Festival, the Organizer will announce the applicable refund procedure and terms in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
6. 6In case of postponement or change of date, the Organizer will announce the terms governing ticket validity and/or refunds.
7. 7A change, replacement or cancellation of an individual artist’s performance that does not result in cancellation of the entire Festival does not automatically constitute grounds for a ticket refund, unless required by law or decided otherwise by the Organizer.
8. 8The Organizer may modify the program, running order, times, venues and/or participating artists for reasons related to the safe and proper conduct of the Festival.
9. 9If the event is interrupted after commencement due to circumstances not attributable to the Organizer, applicable law and the Organizer’s announcements shall apply.
10. 10To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer is not obliged to reimburse travel, accommodation or other indirect / incidental expenses incurred in connection with the Festival.

1. 1Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and, after entry, the corresponding valid wristband.
2. 2The Organizer may refuse entry to or remove any person who has an invalid ticket/wristband, fails to follow security instructions, behaves violently, threateningly or offensively, violates applicable law, endangers themselves or others, or attempts to access an area for which they have no access right.
3. 3For safety reasons, ticket holders acknowledge that they may be subject to security checks upon entry or while inside the venue.
4. 4The entry of food and beverages of any kind is strictly prohibited, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, water, soft drinks, coffee and food brought by visitors. Exceptions apply only where required by law or expressly approved in advance by the Organizer for specific reasons.

5. The following items are prohibited, including but not limited to:

• weapons and sharp objects;
• narcotic drugs and any other illegal substances;
• explosives or flammable materials;
• flares, fireworks and similar items;
• laser pointers / laser pens and other laser devices;
• drones and other unmanned aerial devices;
• flags, banners, standards or similar items requiring poles or capable of obstructing visibility or affecting safety;
• high heels or footwear with high / sharp heels;
• folding chairs, stools or other seating;
• glass objects or containers;
• objects that may be used as weapons or cause injury;
• any other item deemed dangerous by security personnel.

6. The above list is indicative and non-exhaustive. 7. Prohibited items will not be stored or held by the Organizer; holders must remove them before entry. 8. The Organizer may apply additional security measures required by authorities or the circumstances of the Festival.

1. 1All visitors must behave in a manner that does not endanger or offend other visitors, employees, artists, partners or third parties.
2. 2Violence, threats, harassment, racism, discrimination, sexism and incitement to hatred are prohibited.
3. 3The Organizer may immediately remove any person who violates these Terms or creates a safety risk.
4. 4Where removal results from a violation of these Terms, no ticket refund will be provided, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. 1Alcohol may be consumed only within the specifically licensed sales and consumption areas of the Festival and in accordance with applicable law.
2. 2The purchase or consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
3. 3The Organizer and sales points may request proof of age before selling alcoholic beverages.
4. 4The Organizer does not provide free drinks or free alcoholic drinks as a benefit connected to the purchase of any ticket category, unless expressly announced for a specific activity.
5. 5Purchases within the Festival are made exclusively through the applicable cashless system.

1. 1Photography, filming and other audiovisual recording may take place during the Festival by the Organizer and/or its partners for documentation, promotion and communication purposes.
2. 2By purchasing a ticket and entering the Festival, the holder is informed and acknowledges that they may appear in photographic and/or audiovisual material.
3. 3Such material may be used for the promotion and communication of the Festival and the Organizer’s event activities, including websites, social media, aftermovies, trailers and recap videos, for non-commercial promotional content relating to the Festival.
4. 4The material will not be used for independent commercial promotion of third-party products or services in a manner constituting a different purpose from Festival promotion and communication without the legally required basis and information.
5. 5For further information regarding personal-data processing, the Organizer’s Privacy Policy applies.

1. 1The Organizer processes purchasers’ and visitors’ personal data to the extent necessary for ticket sales and administration, Festival organization and security, communication with visitors and compliance with legal obligations.
2. 2Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019 and other applicable legislation.
3. 3Information concerning personal data, processing purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and data-subject rights is provided in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
4. 4Visitors may exercise their rights in accordance with applicable law and the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy.

The following are prohibited, including but not limited to:

• bringing weapons or dangerous objects;
• bringing explosives or flammable materials;
• bringing narcotic drugs or other illegal substances;
• causing physical harm or threatening third parties;
• damaging facilities or equipment;
• accessing areas without authorization;
• using counterfeit or altered tickets or wristbands;
• transferring or using tickets contrary to these Terms;
• any other act violating applicable law or Festival safety rules.

1. 1Helios Outdoor Main Stage and Lunar Indoor After-Hours Stage are separate Festival areas.
2. 2Access to each area depends exclusively on the ticket category purchased.
3. 3A ticket holder may not enter a stage or area not included in their ticket category.
4. 4For safety, capacity or operational reasons, the Organizer may temporarily restrict access to a specific area, including for ticket holders who otherwise have access, where necessary to maintain safety or permitted capacity.

1. 1The Organizer will use reasonable efforts to deliver the announced program.
2. 2The Organizer may change artists, running order, schedules, venues or other program elements for reasons not attributable to its fault.
3. 3Such changes do not automatically result in ticket cancellation or refund unless required by applicable law or otherwise announced by the Organizer.

The Organizer is not liable for inability or delay in holding the Festival due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, decisions or orders of public authorities, infrastructure failures, power outages, serious technical problems, unforeseen security issues or an artist’s inability to perform for reasons not attributable to the Organizer. Mandatory provisions of applicable law shall apply in all cases.

1. 1The Organizer takes all reasonable measures for the safe and proper conduct of the Festival.
2. 2To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer is not liable for losses, damages or expenses arising from the visitor’s acts or omissions, failure to comply with these Terms, or circumstances not attributable to the Organizer.
3. 3Each visitor is responsible for their personal safety and must follow the instructions of security personnel and the Organizer.
4. 4Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall, where possible, first be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable rules of local and international jurisdiction and applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The Organizer may amend these Terms, particularly where required due to changes in legislation, decisions of competent authorities or for the safe and proper conduct of the Festival. The latest applicable version will be published through the Organizer’s official communication channels.
