Primer Music Festival is organized by Candycane Productions. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit our website or subscribe to our mailing list.

We collect the following data:

  • Email address — when you subscribe via our signup form. This is processed through Laylo, our mailing list provider.
  • Analytics data — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect usage data including pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, device type, and browser. When Google Signals is enabled, Google may also infer demographic data (age range, gender, interests) from users signed into their Google accounts.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To send you ticket sale announcements and lineup updates
  • To notify you about future Primer Music Festival editions
  • To improve our website and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Laylo — processes email subscriptions. See Laylo's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics 4 — with your consent, collects usage data (pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information) to help us understand site traffic. We have Google Signals enabled, which allows Google to associate visit data with Google account information for users who are signed in, providing aggregated demographic and interest reports. This data is not used to identify individual users. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase Hosting (Google) — hosts this website.
  • YouTube — embedded video content (aftermovie). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We only set cookies after you give consent via the cookie banner on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

  • _ga — Google Analytics cookie used to distinguish users. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_* — Google Analytics cookie used to maintain session state. Expires after 2 years.
  • primer_cookie_consent— stored in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie preference. No expiry.
